Refund policy

Returns and refunds follow Danish consumer law. As a consumer, you always have the rights below.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your artwork, without giving a reason.

To cancel, send us a clear message by email to stinnekrog@hotmail.com or via the contact page before the 14 days have passed. We will then send you the return address.

You must return the artwork no later than 14 days after you have told us that you want to cancel.

RETURN SHIPPING

You pay the cost of returning the artwork. Artworks are fragile, so we strongly recommend packing them carefully, ideally in the original packaging, and choosing an insured shipment with tracking.

CONDITION OF THE ARTWORK

You may handle the artwork as you would in a shop to see it. If the artwork has lost value because it was handled beyond what was necessary, or was damaged through poor packing, that loss of value may be deducted from your refund.

REFUND

We refund the amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation. The refund is made to the payment method you used. We may wait to make the refund until we have received the artwork back.

EXCEPTIONS

Commissioned works and artworks made to your specifications cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

DEFECTS AND TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Under Danish law, you have a 24-month right to complain about defects. If your artwork arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible, and within a reasonable time of discovering it, with a description and photos. We will then find a solution with you: repair, replacement or a refund.
